The Report Channel is a working tool which allows users to inform, by using a simple form, of any kind of potentially offensive or harmful practice or behaviour which can imply the violation of our Code of Conduct and/or an eventual commission of criminal offense, in pursuance of the Criminal Code for the prevention and detection of criminal offences.
Reports will remain anonymous, including name or mail address will be totally optional for the claimer, and they will allow them to address any question regarding ethical and complying issues. All the communications will be received and analyzed in a diligent, thorough and confidential manner by the Head of the Company and by our legal service in order to take all the necessary actions.
